We show you two cocktail recipes. First up: The Mirosa, which is similar to a Mimosa but we think it’s more fun. Simply add a splash of grapefruit juice to Chandon Rosé. Or, combine Chandon Brut or Sweet Star with a fruity ice cube and a mint leaf. For a stronger drink, try alcoholic ice cubes (otherwise known as bubbly ice cubes). To prepare, pour bubbly in an ice cube mold and add a berry to each cube before freezing overnight.
