Spiced Apple Punch
Punches are made for holiday parties. Just mix and then point your friends towards the bowl and you're set.
- 2 oz Spiced Simple Syrup (1 cup water; 1 cup granulated sugar; 2 cinnamon sticks; 1 small piece nutmeg)
- 2 1/2 cups apple cider (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz honey
- 750ml (1 bottle) Chandon
Make the simple syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat
and let sit 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean container and refrigerate. Discard the cinnamon and

bowl. Add the Brut and fill with ice. Serve.
