A riff on the classic Champagne cocktail, our Jubilee will fit right in at a fancy party, festive occasion or an ordinary night that deserves a little sparkle.
- 1 sugar cube
- 4 dashes Angostora bitters
- 1 tsp cherry juice (Luxardo cherries are recommended)
- 2-3 oz Chandon Brut
- 1 cherry
Place the sugar cube in the center of a coupe or flute. Pour the bitters over the sugar. Add the cherry juice and top with the Brut. Add the cherry and serve.
