Tart and snappy, this punch will be the sassy star of the party. Topped with cranberries, this cocktail is dramatic-looking and delicious-tasting.
12-oz packages fresh cranberries
6 oz Lime Simple Syrup (1 cup water; 1 cup granulated sugar; zest and juice of 2 limes)
1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 teaspoon Orange Blossom Water
750ml (1 bottle)
Freeze the cranberries.
Make the simple syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean container and refrigerate. Discard the lime zest.
Combine the simple syrup, cranberry juice and Orange Blossom Water in a pitcher, dispenser or punch bowl. Add the Chandon Rosé and the frozen cranberries. Serve.
